Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must not be used or opened if it is classified as a personal care item.
• The order number and invoice must be provided.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method.
